Expedited Passport Renewal

Step 1: Gather and Prepare Documents for an Expedited Passport Renewal
a. Signed DS-82 Application
Follow this link to fill out the DS -82
Important When finished you will click the link that says “create form”.
Once printed there should be Two(2) barcodes on the page labeled Page 1 of 2
b. Your most recent U.S. Passport
Your most recent passport must have been issued less than 15 years ago
Your most recent passport must have been issued when you were 16 or older.
Your most recent passport is not damaged.
c. Evidence of Immediate Travel – supply 1 copy of 1 of the following
Copy of ticket indicating travel to a foreign country.
Travel itinerary or eticket stating reserved or confirmed.
Business travelers may submit a Business Letter of Expedite, if the above is not available. Call for clarification.
d. Passport Photographs – taken by a professional.
Obtain 2 Passport photos. (Pharmacies now do this. CVS, Walgreen’s etc.)
e. U.S. Government Fees
Make a check or money order payable to “U.S. Department of State” for $170 (this is the government processing fee for an Expedited Passport). Check should have a pre printed name and address. Temporary or starter checks are not acceptable.
f. Authorization Letter- Allows us to act as your agent.
Print and complete 1 copy of the Expedited Passport Authorization Letter
g. PhiladelphiaPassports.com,Inc. Expedited Order Form
Print our Order Form, complete and include with order.

Please place the following documents in a FedEx or UPS Express envelope.
1. Signed DS-82 Application
2. Your most recent passport
3. Evidence of Immediate Travel
4. Authorization Letter
5. Passport Photographs
6. The $170 check or money order to “U.S. Dept. of State”
7. Order Form
