WARRANTY, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND OTHER LEGAL TERMS

Passport and Visa Expediting is all we do at Philadelphiapassport.com (p.p.c.) and we take pride in getting all of our clients on their scheduled flight. Our step by step instructions have been carefully written and refined over the years to avoid problems. Please follow them carefully and delays should not occur. In the unlikely event that p.p.c. does not return your completed passport or visa to you by your departure date, p.p.c. will refund to you the service paid to p.p.c., unless such delay is caused by a circumstance beyond our control. Such circumstances include:
Delays caused by incomplete or incorrectly submitted applications.
Delays caused by overnight or same day shipping services, i.e. FEDEX, Express Mail, UPS, Delta Dash, Airnet...
Delays resulting from the US Department of State or foreign embassy or consulate suspending its processing of your application.
If at any time during the processing of your application problems arise and additional information is needed, we guarantee to notify you immediately to help resolve the problem in a timely fashion.

Here are some examples of circumstances in which applications are suspended.

Additional documentation is requested by the Department of State. This is an exception to the normal processing of the application and is at the discretion of the passport agency. It is typically requested to further clarify the identity of the applicant.
Applicant owes child support in excess of $2500.00
Applicant owes the government a repatriation loan (you borrowed money overseas and have not paid it back)
Applicant is on probation which restricts international travel
Applicant did not enclose correct funds to process application.
Applicant had insufficient funds to cover a check written to the Department of State for a previous passport.

p.p.c. is not responsible for any documents inadvertently held or lost by consulates or US Government Agencies. Should this occur, which is highly unlikely, we will work to recover the documents from the agency or consulate.

p.p.c. makes no other warranties, expressed or implied. In no event will p.p.c. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Further, p.p.c.’s total liability with respect to each passport application shall be limited to the amount of the service fee paid by you. Any action brought in connection with the services provided by p.p.c. must occur in the state in which p.p.c., at such time, has its principal place of business, and the law of such state shall govern this agreement and the rights and obligations of p.p.c. and You. p.p.c.'s pricing of its services is based on the existence of these terms, and p.p.c. would not provide its services at its stated prices if you were unwilling to agree to these terms.
